Swimming Pools, Hydrotherapy Pools & Hot Tubs

TWC provide monthly bacterial sampling as required by the BSI, The Pool Water Treatment Advisory Group (PWTAG) & HSG274 pt3 Guidance where applicable. All samples are analysed at UKAS accredited laboratories. TWC also carry out all required chemical tests.

Drinking Water

Drinking water provided via cold water tanks should be tested on at least a six monthly basis for bacteria. TWC can provide this service along with an inspection of the tanks. All samples are analysed at UKAS accredited laboratories. TWC can carry out investigations where there is a concern in regards drinking water quality, including tase, smell and colour concerns.

Vending Machine Investigations

Vending machines, including ice machines, tea boilers and mains fed drinking water machines, can be the source of water quality issues if not routinely maintained. The Automatic Vending Machine Association have provided Guidance. TWC can investigate issues, sample and provide advice as required.

Leaks and Ingress Investigations
