Four people have been affected by Legionella in a Northern suburb of Melbourne.
The Northern suburb of Brunswick is on the radar of the Victorian health department after the four cases were confirmed on Monday.
The development comes in the midst of the coronavirus outbreak that requires Victorians to monitor for any flu symptoms.
Health officials say those who feel unwell and have been around Brunswick since February should also be checked for Legionnaires’ disease.
The Victorian health department says it has identified a general increase in legionellosis in the first quarter of 2020.
